乌克兰冬季天然气储量增至188亿立方米冷压端子

中国石化新闻网讯 据路透社9月9销轴日基辅报道，乌克兰天然气运输公司Ukrtransgaz周一表示，截至9月7日，乌克兰已储存了188.1亿立方米天然气，为10月中旬开始的2019/20供暖季做准备。

该国去年同期储存了150.5亿立方米的天然气。

乌克兰担心今年冬季俄罗斯天然气输送量可能会下降，因此计划为即将到来的供暖季节储备至少200亿立方米的天然气，而前一个寒冷期的储备为169亿立方米。

俄罗斯和乌克兰之间为期10年的天然气输送协议将于明年1月到期，但双方尚未就未来交易展开谈判。

乌克兰在2018年消耗了323亿立方米的天然气，其中106亿立方米是从俄罗斯以外的欧洲市场进口的。

乌克兰过去通过从俄罗斯进口来满足其天然气需求，但自从2015年11月以来，乌克兰就不再直接从俄罗斯购买天然气。

与此同时，在寒冷的季节，乌克兰继续使用部分俄罗斯向欧洲消费者输送的天然气来满足其自身需求，然后通过位于该国西部的天然气储存设施输送天然气来弥补不足。

俄罗斯向欧盟出口的天然气中，超过三分之一要经过乌克兰。

Ukraine winter season gas reserves rise to 18.8 bcm

Ukraine has stored 18.81 billion cubic metres (bcm) of gas by Sept. 7 for the 2019/20 heating season that starts in mid-October, gas transport company Ukrtransgaz said on Monday.

The country had 15.05 bcm of gas in storage by the same time last year.

Ukraine, concerned about a possible fall in Russian gas transit this winter, plans to stockpile at least 20 bcm of gas for the coming heating season compared with 16.9 bcm it had stored for the previous cold period.

The Russia-Ukraine ten-year gas transit agreement is due to expire in January but the two sides have not started talks about a风铃 future deal yet.

Ukraine consumed 32.3 bcm of gas in 2018, 10.6 bcm of which was imported from European markets outside Russia.

Ukraine used to meet its gas needs with imports from Russia but has not bought Russian gas directly since November 2015.

Meanwhile, during cold seasons, Ukraine continued to use some of the gas pumped by Russia to European consumers for its own needs and then compensated for this by deliveries from gas storage located in the west of the country.

More than a third of Russia’s gas exports to the European Union cross Ukraine.
